摘  要:随着服务意识的增强、观念的转变和技术的进步,多渠道预约挂号的方式不断涌现。面对预约渠道多样化的局面,传统的预约挂号系统已无法对多渠道预约提供灵活的支持,且每个渠道的预约号源是事先分配,号源难以共享。针对传统系统的不足,设计并实现了基于Web服务的预约挂号系统,通过制定一套软件间接口服务,解决多渠道预约应用间的互联互通、协同服务问题,实现了预约数据的同步和实时传送;同时,引入号源池的思想,多预约渠道共享同一个号源池,使预约号源最大限度的共享。Because of the awareness of service, the change of thinking as well as advancement of technology, multi-channel appointment registration methods are emerging. Regarding the situation of diverse reservation channel, the traditional appointment registration system has been unable to provide a flexible multi-channel reservation support, and reservation number source for each channel is assigned in advance, it is difficult to share the signal source. Because of the deficiencies of traditional systems, an appointment registration system based on web services is designed and implemented. With the development of interfaces between software, it enables interconnection and collaborative service of multi-channel reservation, and achieve the synchronization of real-time data transmission reservation, in the meanwhile, it introduced the idea of number source, which makes a multiple number of reservation channels share the same number source pool and furthermore maximized the share of reservation source.
