摘　　要：目的:对医院信息系统容灾措施的实践和研究,以提高信息系统数据的安全性和高可用性。方法:通过异地容灾机房的使用、Oracle Data Guard的配置、存储虚拟化及服务器虚拟化设计等措施,初步建立了医院信息系统的容灾体系。结果:医院容灾体系的建立和多次成功进行操作实践,实现了医院信息系统的安全性和高可用性。结论:医疗信息系统要求7×24小时不间断、高可用性服务,任何情况下系统一旦停机都会给医院造成巨大损失,医院信息系统容灾建设显得尤为重要。Objective： By carrying out research and application on measures of preventing Hospital Information System from breakdown, we can make information system more safer and more practical. Method： By locating IT rooms in other fields, putting Oracle Data Guard, redundancy data storage and server virtualization, a preliminary system in which breaddown and failure of information system can be avoided could be established. Results： Establishment of failure-prevented system and its successful applications could make hospital information system more safer and more practical. Conclusion： Hospital information system must be constantly accessed and used intensively in 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, system failure in any circumstances could cause tremendous economic losses for the hospital, therefore, capability of hospital information system to withstand and buffer any consequences of malfunction is very important.
