摘　　要：目的:研究病案回收管理信息系统的使用对病区工作的影响。方法:以电子病历系统的病案首页为载体,在首页生成相应条形码,使用病案回收管理信息系统,通过浏览器方式登录,落实病区护士现场扫描条形码与病案管理科回收人员之间进行交接。结果:对病区人员使用病案回收管理信息系统的友好性、交互性、操作性、病区管理、信息获取、病案交接等方面进行调查后反应良好。结论:病案回收信息管理系统在病区工作中的应用,节约医护工作时间,保证病案安全,节约成本,提高工作效率,提高病案回收率,做到对病人隐私的保护,减少医疗纠纷的发生,落实了病历在病区终末环节的精细化管理,促进医院质量管理信息化水平的提高,推动医院信息化发展的进程。Objective： Study use of the management information system of medical record recycling, management information system for the influence of ward work.
