摘　　要：目的:回望军队医院经济管理信息平台建设需求分析,为稳步实施统一思想、理解意图与协调配合。方法:通过系统分析现行军队医院经济管理面临的现实问题,引入HRP理念,对传统管理路径、模式和流程进行重塑。结果:贯通医院信息系统(HIS)和军财工程,基于信息技术把物资流、资金流的相关数据从源头到末端予以勾稽,形成基于平台化的军队医院经济管理的"四一五全"模式。结论:做好需求分析,强力推进军队医院经济管理信息平台建设,既是实现数字化、研究型医院建设重要的经济管理抓手,适应国家医改精细管理要求的重大举措,也是新时期医院内涵建设的必然选择。Objective： To steadily implement with unified thought, intention comprehension and harmony cooperation by demand analysis of military hospital economic management information platform construction. Method： Introducing idea of HRP through thorough analysis of current problem of military hospital economic management, and thus to reform traditional management path, pattern and process. Result： Based on information technology that closed data loop of material flow and financial flow from source to end, formed military hospital economic management in ＂four one and five whole＂ mode which is platform-based to connect HIS and military hospital accounting system. Conclusion： Demand analysis and military hospital economic management information platform construction is not only important economic management method of digitized and research-oriented hospital construction, but also important measurement that to adapt national medical reform policy, and is also essential choice of hospital connotation construction in new period.
