摘　　要：目的:研究军队HRP专业技术人才队伍的建设。方法:从建设思路、专业结构、组建方式、发展机制等方面探讨军队HRP技术队伍建设模式。结果:坚持整体推进的思路,突出重点人才的培养,完善人才绩效评价体系,采取统一组织、军民融合的方式,通过研究与实践、引进与培训等多种途经,大力加强技术队伍建设。结论:加强组织领导和制度建设,完善教育培训体系,推进人才有序流动,确保技术队伍又好又快、可持续健康发展。Objective： To research building method of professional military HRP technical team. Method： Discussing building mode of professional military HRP technical team from aspects such as building thoughts, major structure, building method, development mechanism and so on. Result： To greatly enhance technical team building effect by multiple pathways such as thoughts of advancing on the whole, emphasis on training key staff, better system for staff evaluation, method of unified organization and unified between military and civilian, research and practice, introduction and training. Conclusion： Technical team can be developed soundly, rapidly and sustainably by strengthening organization leadership and regime construction, completing training system, enabling staff switching jobs orderly.
