摘　　要：将云计算技术应用到三维医学影像后处理过程中,通过搭建医学影像后处理云平台,实现三维医学影像快速、高效重建,实现临床诊断和远程治疗的实时性。因此,构建医学影像三维后处理云平台,对于开展医学影像远程会诊、影像转诊、虚拟影像专科、远程教学、图像内容检索等服务,实现区域内影像设备及影像诊断专家的充分共享和高效协作,在均衡医疗资源,提高基层医院诊疗水平、影像设备的使用效率、医疗服务质量,降低医疗费用等方面具有重要的意义。The main content of this paper is the cloud computingtechnology is applied to 3D medical image processingprocess, through building the medical image post-processing cloud platform, 3D medical image fast, efficient reconstruction, to achieve real-time diagnosis and remotetreatment. Therefore, construction of medical image 3Dpostprocessing cloud platform, for the development ofmedical imaging teleconsultation, image referral, virtual image specialist, distance learning, image content retrievalservices, to achieve image equipment and image diagnosis expert region fully shared and efficient coordination,balance of medical resources, improve the level of diagnosis and treatment, improve the grass-roots hospitalsimaging equipment efficiency, improve the quality of medical service, reduce the medical cost has importantsignificance.
