摘　　要：目的对一起在铁路培训中心铁路青工中疫情爆发的病因进行调查分析。方法对疫情爆发进行流行病学调查,对典型症状患者血清进行实验室IgM检测。结果通过流行病学调查、临床症状及实验室IgM检测结果分析为一起成人的风疹疫情爆发。结论提示加强铁路青工的风疹预防工作。Objective to investigate and analyze the causes of an outbreak in Railway Training Centre among railway workers. Methods to carry out an epidemiological survey on the outbreak and to conduct a laboratory detection of IgM in serum of patients with typical symptoms. Results to confirm it’s an outbreak of rubella among adults through the epidemiological investigation, clinical symptoms and laboratory results of IgM analysis. Conclusion to recognize that the rubella prevention of the railway workers should be reinforced.
