摘　　要：目的：探讨乳腺癌根治术后皮瓣坏死的预防措施。方法：选择泸县人民医院90例患者进行皮瓣坏死预防手段对乳腺癌进行治疗情况以及形成的相关数据信息进行充分的比较和分析。结果：栗取预防措施的乳腺癌根治术的皮瓣坏死率明显下降。通过进行统计学分析，两者之间存在显著差异。结论：进行乳腺癌根治术后皮瓣坏死的预防手段的关键点为：尽可能防止出现腋下淋巴管瘘的情况，对肋下置双管引流以及采用更加合适胸带包扎力。Objective To investigate theflap necrosis after radical masteetumy preventive measures. Metods ： theLuxian County poople＇s Hospital 90patientsto prevent necrosisof skin flapby means of treatment otbreast cancer andthe related data informationfonnto compare and analyze the full. Results ： to take radical mastectomyfor breast cancer prevention-measures of flap necrosisrate decreased. Through statistical analysis,there were significantdifferences between the two. Conclusion： the keypoint ottlap necrosis after radical mastecto-rnyprevention meansis ： as far as possible toprevent the emergence ofaxillary lymphaticfistula, the rib undertwo tube drainageand the use of more appropriate force of chest bandaging.
