26例儿童尺骨鹰嘴骨折的可吸收张力带固定治疗体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨儿童尺骨鹰嘴骨折的治疗方法。方法采用Biofix可吸收螺钉和“太合”可吸收缝线形武可吸收张力带治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折共26例。结果全部获得随访，随 访时间3—12个月，疗效判定以局部功能恢复情况与术后影像学综合判定。优：24例，良：2例；差：0例。术后未出现骨折或骨折再移位和伤口感染。结论生物可吸收张力带具有 无需二次手术，减少病人痛苦和负担，简单方便，易于推广，又不增加费用等优点，是治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折较理想的方法。Methods Biofix absorbable screw and absorbable sutures ＂ -＂ form of absorbable tension band in treatment of olecranon fracture in 26 cases. Results all patients were followed up, the follow -up time ranged from 3 to 12 months, to judge the curative effect of partial functional recovery and postoperative imaging comprehensive judgement. Advantages： in 24 cases, good： 2 cases： 0 cases. No postoperative fractures and fracture redisplacement and wound infection. Conclusion biodegradable tension band has the advantages of no need of the two operation, reduce pain and burden, is simple and convenient, easy to promote, and does not increase the cost and other advantages, is the ideal method of treatment of olecranon fracture.
