摘　　要：我国经济建设快速、持续发展对高技能人才的客观需求越来越大,社会竞争越来越激烈,工作压力与日俱增,社会对劳动者提出的要求也越来越高。许多工作岗位都要求一线工作者必须具备强健的体魄和良好的适应能力。由此一来,职业生在校期间不仅要掌握扎实的基础文化知识和技能,还要发展熟练的职业技能以及社会适应能力,具备能够胜任社会工作的身心素质。As rapid and sustainable development of China＇s economic construction,the objective requirements of high skilled talents is bigger and bigger.Social competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Work pressure is growing with each passing day.It＇s higher and higher that social asks workers ability.Many jobs require workers must have a strong physiqul and good adaptability. As a result, During the period of occupation school students should not only master basic knowledge and skills,but also develop skilled occupation skills and ability to adapt to society, have to engage with the competent social work and physical and mental quality.
