摘　　要：早孕，又称早期妊娠，早孕是指怀孕的时间在怀孕12周之前。胚胎在此时会急剧改变发展。黄体酮是由卵巢黄体分泌的一种天然孕激素，在体内对雌激素激发过的子宫内膜有显著形态学影响，为维持妊娠所必需。黄体酮临床用于先兆性流产、习惯性流产等闭经或闭经原因的反应性诊断等。In early pregnancy, also known as early pregnancy, early pregnancy is the time of pregnancy before 12 weeks of pregnancy.
