金创抗菌膏联合红光治疗慢性皮肤溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察金创抗菌膏联合红光照射治疗慢性皮肤溃疡的疗效。方法:将90例慢性皮肤溃疡患者随机分为观察组(n=45例)和对照组(n=45例),观察组使用金创抗菌膏联合红光照射治疗,对照组仅用0.5%的聚维酮碘溶液湿敷,两组同时给予基础护理配合治疗。治疗60d后观察两组疗效、愈合时间及不良反应。结果:治疗后观察组痊愈率71.11%,显著高于对照组44.44%(P<0.05),创面平均愈合时间观察组(39.37±12.55)d,显著短于对照组(45.22±11.00)d(P<0.05)。结论:金创抗菌膏联合红光照射治疗慢性皮肤溃疡有显著疗效,且无不良反应,值得推广。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of patients with chronic skin ulcers were diagnosed and treated by Kim Chong antibacterial ointment and Red light therapy. Methods：90 patients with chronic skin ulcers were divided into two groups, including the experi- mental group（n=45 cases）, and the control group（n=45 cases）. We applied Kim Chong antibacterial ointment and Red light therapy to the for- mer group and 0.5% iodine to the latter group. Otherwise, the two groups were both given basic nursing therapy.The effect, headline time and adverse react of two groups were observed after 60 days. Results：After treatment, the experimental group＇s cure rate （71.11% ）was significantly better than that of the control group （44.44%）（P〈0.05 ）, especially the healing time （39.37±12.55）days was significantly shorter than that of the control group （45.22±11.00）days （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Kim Chong antibacterial ointment and infrared therapy had noticeable effect in the treatment of chronic skin ulcers, and had no Mverse reaction. It was worth promoting.
