摘　　要：肖希明教授的《信息资源共享系统绩效评估研究》是我国信息资源共享领域颇具代表性的著作。作者提出了独具特色的绩效评估综合模型和相对完善的绩效评估指标体系,进行了科学严谨的实证研究和颇具新意的运行机制绩效评估研究,这是我国信息资源共享绩效评估研究走向成熟的标志。The book ＂Performance Measurement Research on Information Resource Sharing System＂ by Prof. Xiao Xi-ming is a representative work in the research of China＇s information resource sharing. The author proposed a novel integrated model, as well as an evalu^ion system, for performance measurement. Meanwhile, an empirical research is conducted and the mechanism of performance measurement is studied. This remarkable achievement is a significant step towards maturity of the research on the performance measurement in information resource sharing systems.
