摘　　要：文章总结国内外社区图书馆管理外包的实践和经验,剖析社区图书馆管理外包存在的问题,从政府、企业和图书馆三个角度分析社区图书馆管理外包对策。This paper summarizes the practice and experience of outsourcing management in community libraries at home and abroad, analyzes the problems of community library management outsourcing, proposes some countermeasures for development of community library management outsourcing from the perspective of government, enterprises and the library.
