摘　　要：针对SULCMIS缺少手机OPAC而导致图书馆无法开展移动服务、手机用户检索不便的现状,通过分析应用现状与需求,阐述了技术思路,采用OLE DB、JQuery Mobile、HTML5等技术和方法,以惠州学院图书馆为例,对手机OPAC的设计与实现进行了研究和分析,提出具体设计方案、建设实现过程、建设中出现的主要问题及解决方法,成功实现SULCMIS的二次开发,自主建成手机OPAC的书目查询与读者服务系统。It is hard for library to provide mobile service and inconvenient for mobile users to access online catalogue since the current SULCMIS is lack of mobile OPAC. This paper expounds the technical ideas of mobile OPAC alter analyzing its current application situation and application needs; then it takes Huizhou University Library as an example to study and analyze the design and implementation of mobile OPAC with OLE DB, JQuery Mobile and HTMLS, giving out the specific design scheme, implementation procedures and solutions for major problems. Finally the redevelopment on SULCMIS is succeeded, and mobile OPAC and mobile service are developed independently.
