摘　　要：数学文化在企业管理中发挥着重要作用,推动着企业管理科学化的进程;通过建立一类机能管理矩阵并论述其在丰田生产方式(TPS:Toyota Production System)中的评价与企业"经营系统最适再设计"中的数据库作用,阐述数学文化与企业文化的有机联系。The mathematical culture plays an important role in the enterprise culture management, and drives the scientific development of enterprise management. This essay expounds the organic connection of mathematical culture and enterprise culture through the evaluation function based on the matrix theory of the Toyota Management System.
