摘　　要：根据连续相的不同和Winser系统分类法分别对微乳液进行了分类;并进一步对形成微乳液的机理和微乳液中水池的动力学进行了详细阐述,并对微乳液在石油化工、精细化工、材料科学、有机合成、生物技术等领域的应用作了综述。Microemulsions were classified by different continuous phase and Winser method, respectively. Then, the formation mechanism of the microemulsions and the dynamics of water pool in microemulsions were described carefully. Finally, the application of microemulsions in the fields of the petroleum and chemical,fine chemical, materials science,organic synthesis, and biotechnology were introduced.
