摘　　要：PSA(变压吸附)单元的工作过程是一个复杂的顺控过程。PSA有两台油泵互为备用,同时共有8个PID调节回路,其中4个为随动控制。本文主要介绍了PSA单元油泵互备和随动控制是如何实现的。The working process of PSA unit is a complex process of sequential control.PSA has two oil pumps which are spare to each other.Besides,it has altogether eight PID regulatory circuits,in which there are four servo controls.This paper will mainly introduce the process is how to be realized between oil pumps and servo controls in PSA unit.
