摘  要:针对汽车车架的轻量化设计问题,本文采用ANSYS Workbench对某轻型货车的车架进行静态分析,利用UG软件建立车架有限元模型,对车架悬架的边界条件进行处理,并根据静态分析结果,通过在横梁上添加减重孔,减薄纵梁壁厚的轻量化方法对车架进行轻量化改进,同时,在4种不同工况下,对改进后的车架进行强度和刚度分析,分析结果表明,4种工况下的车架强度和刚度均满足设计要求,而且在满足强度和刚度要求的前提下,与改进前的车架质量相比,改进后的车架质量减少了11.42%,达到了车架轻量化的设计目的,因此改进后的车架动态特性满足要求。For the problem of the lightweight design of automobile frame, the static analysis of a light duty truck was done by ANSYS Workbench in this paper. The finite element model of the frame was estab- lished. The boundary conditions of the frame suspension was processed. From the results of the static anal- ysis, Lightweight improvement was done on the frame by adding hole that can reduce weight on the beam and thinning the wall of the stringer. Meanwhile, in the four different working conditions, strength and stiffness analysis were done on the improved frame, and the analysis results showed that the strength and stiffness of the frame in the 4 different conditions meet the design requirements. Compared with the quality of the unimproved frame,the mass of the improved frame was reduced by 11.42 under the premise of the strength and rigidity requirements. The goal of the light truck frame lightweight is achieved. Therefore, the dynamic characteristics of the improved frame meet the requirements.
