新形势下河北省海洋经济发展现状分析及对策研究

摘　　要：随着河北沿海地区发展规划上升为国家战略,河北省委提出全力打造沿海地区率先发展增长极并作为全省"四大攻坚战"之首强力推进,以及加强环渤海、京津冀地区经济协作等重大战略的实施,对河北省海洋经济的发展提出了新的要求。论文分析了海洋经济的发展形势,通过对河北省海洋经济的发展现状研究,总结了河北省发展海洋经济中存在的问题,提出了河北省海洋经济发展的对策和建议。Based on the fact that the development plan of coastal area in Hebei province had ascended to national strategy, Hebei province proposes constructing the leading development pole with full efforts, which making it the first of all four Storming Fortifications, and strengthening the strategy-implement in the economic cooperation in Circum-Bohai-Sea and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Based on the analysis on the development situation of the marine economy, the article conducts the research to the current situation of the marine economy in Hebei, then generalizes the current problems, and finally provides strategies and suggestions.
