摘 要:选取某化学制药厂藻酸双酯钠生产车间为例,采用TNT计算模型对其磺化工艺中甲醇泄漏蒸气云爆炸的影响范围进行模拟分析,并将其三维可视化,对反应釜内可燃液体泄漏形成蒸气云爆炸事故的危害后果进行分析。根据模拟结果确定应对藻酸双酯钠生产过程中危险程度较高的磺化和酯化反应进行重点监控,提出相应的防火防爆和防中毒的安全措施。将安全监管及消防日常演练、预案制定由单一模式转换为多维和真实模式;便于突发事故时现场指挥员进行三维、立体式的事故现场指挥与决策。A polysaccharide esters production workshop of a chemical pharmaceutical factory was selected as research object,TNT calculation model and 3D visual technique were used to simulate the influence range of vapor cloud explosion of methanol leaking in the process of sulphonation.The research results were output visually in 3D.The hazard of vapor cloud explosion of flammable liquids leaked from reaction still was analyzed.According to the simulation results,the sulphonation and esterification reaction in the productive process should be monitored.The safety measures of fire prevention,anti-explosion and antipoisoning were put forward.This study converts the safety and fire safety daily exercise and fire-fighting plan from single mode to multidimensional and real mode,which provides a convenient for the director to take three dimensional vertical command and decision when emergent accident happens.
