摘  要:为了保证炼钢-连铸生产在动态扰动情况下的稳定性,针对生产调度中频繁发生的时间偏差类动态事件,提出了基于规则的时间调整方法。首先,结合炼钢-连铸生产工艺技术,定义了多个柔性可调的缓冲时间;然后,建立了减少过程等待时间、缩短工序处理时间和相邻工序间运输时间、延长紧前炉次浇注时间、推迟浇次或浇次中部分炉次开浇时刻等规则及相应的数学模型。根据偏差时间的长短,通过调用规则,可以有效消除时间偏差引起的扰动,生成优化的动态调度时间调整方案。仿真算例表明了该方法的有效性。To ensure the stability of steelmaking and continuous casting production under dynamic disturbances,aiming at the first type of dynamic event,the time adjustment strategies on the basis of rules are proposed. Firstly,combined with steelmaking production technology,several adjustable time-buffers are defined. Secondly, the time adjustment strategies and the corresponding mathematical models of all the rules are established. The strategies mainly include such rules: reducing waiting time in process,shortening processing time of process and delivery time between processes,lengthe-ning casting time of preceding heat,postponing casting start time of all or following heats in cast,etc. According to the length of time deviation,by applying these rules,the disturbance caused by time de-viation can be effectively eliminated,and optimized time adjustment scheme of dynamic scheduling is available also. Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithms are demonstrated by simulation.
