摘 要:为适应武汉钢铁(集团)公司薄板坯连铸连轧各工序之间近似刚性相接的快捷生产方式,在整体产销资讯系统中,建立了薄板坯连铸连轧钢卷状态自动检测系统。利用数据记录管理模块以及状态逻辑控制管理模块,实现钢水、板坯和钢卷数据的自动记录,并根据技术质量管理系统对钢水成分的判定结果,对板坯所对应的钢卷状态进行自动封锁或解锁,使得薄板坯连铸连轧生产高效运行,从而更好地节约成本和提高效益。In order to adapt to the shortcut production mode under which the joinings among various production processes are similar to rigid in WISCO thin slab continuous casting and rolling,the auto-matic detection system of steel coil status for thin slab continuous casting and rolling is established, which belongs to the whole production and marketing information system. We implement not only au-tomatic recording of molten steel, slab and steel coil data using relevant data recording management module and status logic controlling management module but also automatic locking or unlocking of steel coil state corresponding to slab according to the judging result made by the technical quality management system on molten steel elements. All of these make thin slab continuous casting and roll-ing production function more effectively,and thus better save cost and improve effectiveness.
