摘  要:针对当前钢铁联合企业节能任务艰巨及降耗途径亟需突破的情况,为实现钢铁企业能量流网络系统的高效运行,在分析钢铁企业运行中各种能量流网络系统特性的基础上,结合各系统连续和离散运行要求,利用混合Petri网建模元素和建模方法,构建了钢铁企业能量流网络系统混合Petri网模型,通过该模型可以实现对钢铁企业能量流网络系统的动态变化规律和行为机理的分析研究。基于某钢铁企业能量流网络系统历史数据,证明了该建模方法及所建模型的正确有效性,为企业能源系统的优化及进一步深入研究生产过程中物质流和能量流的耦合机制提供指导。Aiming at the current situation that the energy-saving task is arduous and the consump-tion-reducing ways need to be broken through in iron and steel enterprises,in order to implement effi-cient operation of energy flow network system, we build a new energy flow network system model based on modeling elements and rules of hybrid Petri net through analyzing features of all kinds of en-ergy flow network systems in iron and steel enterprises and considering continuous and discrete opera-tion requirements of these systems. The dynamic rules and behavior mechanism of energy flow net-work system in iron and steel enterprises can be analyzed and researched by utilizing this model. Based on the historical data of the energy flow network system in a certain iron and steel enterprise, we prove that the modeling method and the model are correct and effective,and can provide guidance for optimizing the energy system and exploring the relation between material flow and energy flow in iron and steel enterprises.
