摘  要:针对攀枝花钢钒有限公司炼铁厂烧结料层厚度检测中存在的系统维护和检测精度受环境影响较大的问题,开发了基于双目立体视觉技术的烧结料层厚度检测系统。利用双摄像机捕捉并识别激光源射出光线在料面上形成的光斑,根据光斑位置差异计算料层厚度,最终实现烧结料层厚度的非接触在线检测。The sinter-bed level measurement system based on binocular stereo vision technology is developed by Iron-Making Plant of Panzhihua Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. to solve the problem of system maintenance and detection accuracy seriously influenced by environment while measuring the sinter-bed level. The light spot formed by the laser source emitting light on the surface of the material is captured by dual cameras and identified. The sinter-bed level is computed according to the position of the light spot. The non-contact on-line measurement of the sinter-bed level is realized finally.
