摘 要:目的:检测鱼腥草素钠联合氨苄西林( AM)对表皮葡萄球菌( SE)的抗菌作用。方法利用二倍稀释法、微量棋盘法、杀菌效力评估法对8株临床分离的SE进行药物敏感性测定。结果鱼腥草素钠、AM单独对SE的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为12.5~50μg/mL和2~64μg/mL。鱼腥草素钠联合AM作用于8株SE后,鱼腥草素钠和AM的MIC分别下降了8~16倍和4~8倍,部分抑菌浓度指数(FICI)为0.25~0.375,二者联合作用于8株SE的杀菌效力均为协同效应。结论鱼腥草素钠与AM联合对SE具有抗菌协同作用。Objective To detect antibacterial action of sodium houttuyfonate and ampicillin against Staphylococcus epidermidis .Methods Two-fold dilution microdilution checkerboard and time-kill assay were utilized to evaluate drug sus-ceptibility of eight isolates .Results The MIC of sodium houttuyfonate and ampicillin alone against Staphylococcus epider -midis were 12.5-50 μg/mL and 2-64 μg/mL, respectively.After treatment of In sodium houttuyfonate combination with ampicillin, the MICs of sodium houttuyfonate and AM to SE were decreased by 8-16 and 4-8 times, fractional inhibitory concentration indices(FICI) was 0.25-0.375.The killing baceterial action of sodium houttuyfonate and ampicillin was syn-ergistic reaction.Conclusion Antibacterial action between sodium houttuyfonate and ampicillin against Staphylococcus epidermidis is synergistic in vitro .
