政府重大投资项目舆情传播与舆情风险关系研究

摘　　要：根据来自4大类调研对象的339份有效问卷的调查结果,借助结构方程模型分析了政府重大投资项目舆情传播与舆情风险的关系。研究表明,由舆情主体、传播方式、舆情受众等变量所构成的舆情传播对舆情风险具有显著正向影响。以此为基础,提出了加强对舆情信息动态监控、对舆情传播主体进行有效引导、根据舆情传播方式进行有针对性的应对、结合舆情受众特点开展疏导工作等建议,以期为提高政府公信力和重大项目信誉提供管理参考。Based on 339 effective questionnaires from respondents of 4 series,this paper analyzes the relationship between public opinion dissemination and public opinion risk about government-investeded major project. The study indicates that public opinion dissemination, which is composed of subject, style and audience, has positive effects on public opinion risk. On this basis, this paper puts forward that we should strengthen the dynamic monitoring, guide the dissemination subject actively, pay attention to the characteristics of dissemination style and understand the demand of public opinion audience. Thus, we can help enhance the good reputation of the government and the major project invested by the government.
