摘  要:元坝气田含硫区块地面湿气混输集输管道为高含硫化氢、中含二氧化碳的内腐蚀环境,处于SSC 3区,腐蚀主要受硫化氢控制,腐蚀环境恶劣。结合元坝地面集输腐蚀环境,利用技术标准,制定材质选择步骤和程序,在初步选材基础上,开展材质优选实验,制定了元坝含硫气田地面集输管道采用825镍基合金和L360抗硫碳钢的材质选择方案,并对抗硫碳钢提出了需要开展缓蚀剂保护的建议。The surface moisture in high sulfur area of Yuanba Gasfield contains hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide, and so the gas gathering and transportation pipeline is in corrosive environment. The corrosion of the pipeline is controlled by hydrogen sulfide and in SSC3 area. The corrosive environment of the pipeline is very bad. The steps and procedures of the pipeline material selection are prepared according to the corrosive environment of the pipeline and the related technical standards. Based on the preliminary selection of the pipeline material, the pipeline material is optimized by tests, and finally 825 nickel-based alloy and L360 anti-sulfur carbon steel are selected as the material of the gas gathering and transportation pipeline. And it is suggested that L360 anti-sulfur carbon steel should be protected by corrosion inhibitor.
