摘 要:针对由于绷绳安装不当导致的修井机井架承载能力下降的情况,根据相似理论设计了XJ90修井机井架的实验室模型,利用石油井架测试仪器,根据井架检测行业标准进行布点,对井架的2根风载绷绳和内负载绷绳组合放松,测试不同工况下的井架各测点的应力值。根据应力测试结果对井架承载能力进行计算,对测试的各工况下井架的承载能力结果分析,井架后侧2根风载绷绳对井架的承载能力影响最大,内负载绷绳对井架的承载能力影响相对较小,松开两侧风载绷绳比松开单侧风载绷绳对井架承载能力影响要大,松开同侧风载绷绳和内负载绷绳比松开异侧风载绷绳和内负载绷绳对井架承载能力影响要大。The improper installation of guy rope will lead to the reduction of the bearing capacity of workover rig derrick. For this reason, a model of XJ90 workover rig derrick is designed based on similarity theory to study the influence of tightness degree of guy rope on bearing capacity of workover rig derrick. The stress measuring points are arranged on the workover rig derrick model according to derrick testing industry standard, the stress at different measuring points on workover rig derrick is measured under different relaxation combination conditions of two wind load guy ropes and internal load guy ropes using petroleum derrick testing instrument, and the bearing capacity of workover rig derrick under the different conditions are analyzed according to the stress measuring results. The results show that, the influence of two wind load guy ropes on the bearing capacity of workover rig derrick is greater than that of two internal load guy ropes, the influence of the relaxation of two wind load guy ropes on the bearing capacity of workover rig derrick is greater than that of one wind load guy rope, and the influence of the relaxation of one wind load guy rope and internal load guy rope at the same side on the bearing capacity of workover rig derrick is greater than that of the relaxation of one wind load guy rope and internal load guy rope at different side.
