摘 要:采用催化内电解/厌氧/好氧MBR/臭氧组合工艺处理高浓度活性染料生产废水,考察了处理效果,并分析了各工艺单元在处理过程中所起的作用。结果表明,组合工艺对废水COD、色度、NH+4-N和TN的平均去除率分别为96.8%、99.8%、85.3%和83.0%,工艺运行稳定,出水水质符合纳管要求。色度主要通过催化内电解过程脱除,厌氧/好氧MBR生化系统对色度的去除率不高,臭氧深度氧化是色度最终达标排放的必要保障措施。组合工艺各单元对COD、NH+4-N和TN均有去除作用,但去除的主要环节是厌氧/好氧MBR单元。The combined process of catalytic internal electrolysis, anaerobic unit, aerobic MBR and ozone oxidation was applied for the treatment of high-concentration reactive dye wastewater. The treatment efficiency was investigated, and the function of each process unit was analyzed. The result showed that the average removal rates of COD, color, NH4+ - N and TN were 96.8% , 99.8%, 85.3% and 83.0% respectively. The treated water quality met the effluent standards stably. Color was removed mainly by catalytic internal electrolysis, anaerobic/aerobic MBR biochemical system had slight effect on color removal, and ozone oxidation was necessary to ensure that color met the discharge standards. Each unit of the combined process had removal effect of COD, NH4+ - N and TN, but the pollutants were mainly removed by anaerobic unit and aerobic MBR.
