摘　　要：针对高校实验技术队伍的建设滞后于学校总体发展的情况,从培养创新型人才和提高高校科技创新能力方面阐释加强实验技术队伍建设的必要性。提出建设高素质高校实验技术队伍的对策建议,强调改变观念,提高实验技术队伍的地位和素质;建立考核和激励机制,营造良好工作环境。According to the situation that the team construction of laboratory technician lagged farther behind the overall development in colleges and universities,the necessity of strengthening the construction of laboratory technical team is explained from the two aspects of training innovative talents and technological innovation.In order to construct a team with higher abilities,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in the following：changing traditional ideas,improving status and quality of laboratory technical team,establishing an assessment and stimulation system,and creating a great working environment.
