摘　　要：分析了高校基本建设的多元化融资渠道及各融资方式的特点与适用性,结合实际案例进一步探讨了适合高校基本建设的融资模式。通过分析认为,依靠政府拨款和利用自有资金难以满足高校基本建设的需要,高校应更多地探讨外部融资渠道,包括发行教育债券、资产置换、与地方政府合作、与企业合作等,以求促进高校基本建设的可持续性发展。This paper systematically analyses the basic financing channel of the construction and the financing characteristic and applicability,combining the actual cases to explore the basic construction mode of financing.suitable for the present universities.Through the analysis,this paper shows that colleges and universities rely on government funding and use their own funds,which cannot meet the needs of the capital construction of colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should explore more external financing channels,including education bonds,asset replacement,in collaboration with local governments,enterprise cooperation,etc.,in order to promote the sustainable development of the construction of colleges and universities.
