社区医护人员卫生应急能力配置要求研究

摘　　要：目的构建社区医护人员的卫生应急能力配置要求。方法在文献、文件分析和专家访谈的基础上,初步建立社区医护人员卫生应急能力配置要求指标体系,采用Delphi法经过专家评议,建立社区医护人员卫生应急能力配置要求,并对指标进行了评价。结果经过40名专家的两轮咨询,建立了一个由8项卫生应急理论知识和8项卫生应急实践技能组成的社区医护人员卫生应急能力配置要求。咨询专家的权威系数、协调系数均较高。结论本研究所建立的社区医护人员的卫生应急能力配置要求指标体系具有较好的科学性、客观性和可操作性。Objective To establish the ability standard of health emergency response for community medical staffs in China. Methods A preliminary indicator system of the ability standard of health emergency response for community medical staffs in China was established based on eXpert interview and review of literature or document and after eXpert evaluation by Delphi method,the ability standard was made. The indicators were then assessed. Results After 2 rounds of 40 eXpertsˊ consultations, the ability standard of health emergency response for community medical staffs,which included 8 health emergency knowledge in-dicators and 8 practicing ability indicators,was established. Both the specialist authority coefficient and the coordination coeffi-cient of the specialist opinions were higher. Conclusion The established indicator system has much higher scientificalness,ob-jectivity and maneuverability.
