摘  要:目的分析临床药师采取PDCA循环管理流程对骨科Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物的干预效果。方法分别选择医院2011年1至5月和2012年1至5月骨科Ⅰ类切口手术病例,设为干预前组及干预后组,临床药师通过PDCA循环管理流程对抗菌药物使用率、用药时机、术后用药时长及抗菌药物使用种类等进行比较。结果抗菌药物总使用率由干预前的100.00%降为61.11%;品种选择、术前用药时机、术后用药时间的合理性提高;术前术后更换品种的病例降低;联合用药比例由2.55%降为0。结论临床药师采取PDCA循环管理流程对骨科Ⅰ类切口围手术期抗菌药物干预效果显著,合理性提高。Objective To analyze the intervention effect of clinical pharmacists adopting the PDCA cycle management process on prophy-lactic use of antibacterial drugs in type I incision orthopedic operation. Methods The patients with type I incision orthopedic operation in our hospital from January to May 2011 and January to May 2012 were chosen and taken as the pre-intervention group and the post-intervention group respectively. The use rate of antibacterial drugs, medication timing, postoperative medication duration and kinds of antibacterial drugs were compared between the two groups by clinical pharmacists adopting the PDCA cycle management process. Resuts The total use rate of antibacterial drugs was reduced from 100. 00% in the pre-intervention group to 61. 11% in the post-interven-tion group;the rationality of variety selection, preoperative medication timing and postoperative medication duration time were improved;the cases of drug variety change before operation and after operation was decreased;the combination use rate of drugs was reduced from 2. 55% to 0%. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists adopting the PDCA cycle management process has the obvious intervention effect on prophylactic use of antibacterial drugs in type I incision orthopedic operation. Moreover, the rationality of drug use is improved.
