摘　　要：语言的形式和意义及其二者之间的联系,皆是人们约定的结果。这是语言的契约本性,它构成了语言社会秩序的本质。语言的契约本性决定了语言的发展必须遵循民主契约的原则。试图通过探索语言和契约之间的内在联系来阐述语言从产生、发展到运行等诸多环节所蕴含的契约性。Contract between people not only contributes to the born of form and meaning of language but also indicates the relationship between the two .The essence of language＇s social order refers to the contract nature of language ,which suggests that the development of language should be in line with the principle of democratic contract .The inner connection between language and contract implies the language＇s contract na-ture during the process of emerging ,development and operation .
