抗敏消斑汤联合激光穴位照射防治过敏性紫癜复发及对免疫球蛋白和补体的影响

摘　　要：目的观察抗敏消斑汤联合激光穴位照射防治过敏性紫癜(HSP)复发的效果及其对免疫球蛋白、补体的影响。方法将86例HSP患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各43例。2组均采用常规治疗,在此基础上,治疗组加用抗敏消斑汤联合激光穴位照射。2组均治疗1个月后,检测2组治疗前及治疗3个月后外周血补体(C)3、C4及免疫球蛋白(Ig)G、IgA、IgM水平,观察2组患者6个月和1年内复发率。结果治疗组治疗后1年内复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血清IgG、IgA、IgM及C3、C4与本组治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后IgA水平较对照组治疗后降低(P<0.05),C3升高(P<0.05)。结论抗敏消斑汤联合激光穴位照射防治HSP复发疗效显著,作用与其能调节患者血清IgA和C3水平,从而调节患者体液免疫功能有关。Objective To observe the effect of Kangminxiaoban decoction combined with laser acupoint irradiation on the prevention of recurrence of allergic purpura and immunoglobalin and complement. Methods 86 cases with Henoch Schonlein purpura （HSP） were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Two groups were treated with routine therapy. On this basis, treatment group received Kangminxiaoban decoction combined with laser acupoint irradiation. Peripheral blood C3, CA complement and immunoglobulin IgG, IgA, IgM levels were detected before treatment and after 3 months of treatment in two groups. 6 months and 1 year recurrence rate were observed in two groups. Results 1 year recurrence rate in treatment group was lower than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. The two groups of children with HSP in peripheral blood C3, CA, IgG, IgA, IgM before treatment, there were no significant differences （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The effects of oral administration of Kangminxiaoban decoction combined with laser acupoint irradiation on allergic purpura recurrence was significantly, can reduce the recurrence of HSP times, and can adjust its patients serum IgA and C3 level, which regulates the humoral immune function in patients with closely related.
