雌二醇屈螺酮片对绝经期妇女血脂代谢影响64例临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨激素补充治疗药物安今益治疗绝经期症状的临床疗效。方法：对2012年3月～2013年6月在海军总医院就诊并采用安今益治疗绝经期症状的45～60岁女性进行登记入组,并于治疗1、3个月及6个月时进行随访。结果：治疗后Kupperman评分较治疗前明显改善（治疗前20.57±6.52,治疗1、3个月及6个月时分别为16.37±5.19、13.34±4.52、12.70±4.42）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗后的低密度脂蛋白、甘油三脂、总胆固醇较治疗前均明显下降,治疗6个月时分别为（1.56±0.29）mmol/L、（1.20±0.53）mmol/L、（4.59±0.63）mmol/L,治疗前分别为（1.69±0.98）mmol/L、（1.43±0.75）mmol/L、（6.07±0.94）mmol/L;高密度脂蛋白水平较治疗前明显上升,治疗6个月时为（2.73±0.49）mmol/L,治疗前为（2.07±0.39）mmol/L,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：安今益能有效缓解绝经后女性的绝经期症状,并可改善血脂代谢,效果明显。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Angeliq in treatment of menopausal symptoms. Methods： The menopausal women aged 45- 60 years old treated in the hospital from March 2012 to June 2013 were included in this study,and then they were followed up at 1,3 and 6 months after treatment. Results： Kupperman scores before treatment and at 1,3 and 6 months after treatment were（ 20.57 ±6.52）,（ 16.37 ±5.19）,（ 13.34 ±4.52） and（ 12.70 ±4.42）,respectively,there was statistically significant difference between before and after treatment（ P〈0. 01）. The levels of low- density lipoprotein,triglyceride and total cholesterol before treatment were（ 1.69 ±0.98） mmol/L,（ 1.43 ±0.75） mmol/L and（ 6.07 ±0.94） mmol/L,respectively,the levels of low-density lipoprotein,triglyceride and total cholesterol at 6 months after treatment were（ 1. 56 ± 0. 29） mmol /L,（ 1. 20 ± 0. 53） mmol /L and（ 4. 59 ± 0. 63） mmol /L,respectively,there were statistically significant differences between before and at 6 months after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of high-density lipoprotein before treatment and at 6 months after treatment were（ 2. 07 ± 0. 39） mmol /L and（ 2. 73 ± 0. 49） mmol /L,respectively,there was statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Angeliq can effectively alleviate symptoms of menopausal women and improve blood lipid metabolism,the effect is significant.
