摘　　要：吸引优秀稿件是科技期刊提高竞争力的关键。提出要做好编辑部自身建设,即建立高水平的审稿队伍、提高稿件编辑质量、提高编辑服务作者的意识、精心策划和细化栏目和对优秀稿件给予特殊待遇,以及主动约稿,包括向老作者约稿、重视会议约稿、关注大型科研机构和设计院等两方面对科技期刊吸引优秀稿件的措施进行探讨。It is the key to attract high quality manuscripts to enhance the competitiveness of sci-technical journals. This paper discussed methods of how to attract excellent manuscripts by sci-technical journals from two perspectives. On one hand, self-construction of editorial offices should be enhanced, including possessing a high level peer review team, improving the quality of manuscript editing, raising the awareness of servicing authors, planning and refining columns and making preferential policies for high quality manuscripts; on the other hand, more efforts on invitation to manuscript submission should be made, including sending invitation to former authors, following updates from relevant forums and meetings and paying attention to potential authors and papers in large scale scientific re- search institutions and design institutes.
