摘　　要：介绍了新形势下科技期刊编辑人才的现状,讨论了科技期刊编辑应该具备的政治素养、道德修养和文化素质,阐述了科技期刊编辑应该做"T"型、统筹兼顾型、交际型、勇敢质疑型、外语和计算机型的新时代人才。为新形势下如何成为合格的科技期刊编辑提供了借鉴,对科技期刊编辑的自我提升具有重要意义。Current status of sci-tech journal editors under the new situation was introduced. The political accomplishment, moral integrity and cultural quality they should possess were discussed and how to become a new era talent, which contains ＂T＂ type, balanced type, communicative type, inquisitive type, foreign language and PC type was expounded. The paper provides a reference to the editors regarding how to be a qualified editor and is of great significance for their self-improvement.
