从基因表达谱的角度评价安慰针刺治疗无先兆偏头痛的效应机制

摘　　要：目的:从基因表达谱的角度观察安慰针刺治疗无先兆偏头痛的效应。方法:20例患者随机分成经穴组和非经非穴组,每组10例,采用相同的针刺手法刺激不同的穴位点,经穴组选用少阳经经穴,非经非穴组选用非经非穴点,观察2组治疗前后基因表达谱的差异。结果:非经非穴组治疗前后表达的差异基因与经穴组治疗前后表达的差异基因重合部分有39个,仅有ZNF429基因参与非经非穴组的生物过程(BP)构成,其余基因均不参与两组BP的组成。结论:非经非穴在临床效应评价中显示的疗效在基因表达谱中未找到与之相对应的差异表达,提示非经非穴的治疗作用可能是安慰作用的显示。Objective： To study the effect of placebo acupuncture on migraine without aura from the perspective of gene expression profiles. Methods： Twenty patients were randomly divided into meridian points group and non-meridian points group, 10 cases each group. Two groups were treated by the same acupuncture manipulations and stimulating difference points, Shaoyang meridian points were selected in meridian points group, non-meridian points were selected in non-meridian points group, to observe the difference of gene expression in two groups before and after treatment. Results： The same 39 genes were expressed before and after treatment in two groups, only ZNF429 gene participated in biological process of non-meridian points group, the other genes were not involved in the composition of BP. Conclusion： The effect of non-meridian points does not show different gene expression in clinical effective evaluation, which could be placebo effect.
