远志水煎液外用对大鼠疮疡模型的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨远志外用对大鼠疮疡模型的影响。方法:用金黄色葡萄球菌造大鼠疮疡模型,观察大、中、小剂量远志水煎液及卵叶远志水煎液对疮疡模型大鼠疮疡症状积分、血清中溶菌酶的含量及病理变化的影响。结果:大、中、小剂量远志水煎液及卵叶远志水煎液均可显著降低疮疡模型大鼠疮疡症状积分(P<0.01,P<0.05),可显著升高疮疡模型大鼠血清中的溶菌酶含量(P<0.01),可显著改善大鼠疮疡的病理改变(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:远志具有促进感染创面愈合的作用。Objective： To investigate the effect of external use of Polygala tenuifolia Willd. Decoction （YD） on rats with sores. Methods： Rat models of sores were established by staphylococcus aureus. To observe the symptom score, serum lysozyme content and pathological changes of rats with sores treated by low, medium and high dose of YD and Polygala sibiria L.Decoction （LYD）. Results： High, medium and low doses of YD and LYD could both reduce the symptom score of rats with sores （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）, increase serum lysozyme content （P〈0.01） and improve pathological changes （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Polygala tenuifolia Willd. root has the role of promoting the healing of wound infection.
