摘　　要：邵朝弟是我国著名的中医肾脏病专家,是全国名老中医之一,全国名老中医学术继承导师,从事肾脏病临床工作50余载,对于慢性肾脏病的中医药治疗积累了丰富的临床经验,尤其运用中医中药辨证治疗紫癜性肾炎颇多效验。紫癜性肾炎常反复发作,缠绵难愈。邵朝弟教授治疗本病,辨证与辨病相结合,多从风、热、湿、毒、瘀、虚等方面辨证,分清主次,以疏风、清热、祛湿、解毒、凉血、活血化瘀、健脾益气、滋补肝肾、补益脾肾为治疗大法,收效甚佳。SHAO Zhao-di, a famous traditional Chinese medicine expert in kidney disease, is one of the famous old doctors of traditional Chinese medicine, and a famous old Chinese medicine academic inheritance mentor in China. She has engaged in clinical work of kidney disease for more than 50 years, accumulating rich clinical experience in treating chronic kidney disease （CKD） by traditional Chinese medicine, especially in treating henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis by Chinese syndrom differentiation. She treats the disease from the wind, wet, heat, poison, blood stasis, deficiency etc, distinguish between primary and secondary.To disperse wind, heat, dampness, cooling blood, detoxification, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, spleen qi, nourishing the liver and kidney, invigorating spleen and kidney is the main method of treatment, and often achieved a very good effect.
