摘　　要：创伤后应激障碍是普通人群中最流行的精神障碍之一。针灸治疗该病与行为、心理及药物疗法等比较,具有可行性强、安全性高、副作用小等优势。文章从针灸治疗创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)的选穴、方法、相关的作用机制这三方面,对近几年针灸治疗PTSD的研究进行综述,以期为针灸治疗本病提供理论依据和方法依据。Post-traumatic stress disorder （PTSD） is one of the most popular mental disorders among the general population. Compared with behavior, psychological and drug therapy, acupuncture treatment has a strong feasibility, safety; fewer side effects and other advantages. This paper reviews the research progress of acupuncture treatment of PTSD in recent years fromselection of points, therapies, therapy mechanism, in order to provide methods and theoretical basis for acupuncture treatment of PTSD.
