摘  要:目的:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对不同来源的文冠木超微饮片进行指纹图谱研究,为文冠木超微饮片质量控制提供依据。方法:色谱柱:Agilent C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)键合硅胶色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸(梯度洗脱);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:226nm;温度:20℃。结果:以16个共有峰为评价指标,精密度和重复性实验中各共有峰相对保留时间和相对峰面积的RSD%均小于2%,10批样品相似度>0.9。并指认了6个主要特征指纹峰,分别为儿茶素、表没食子儿茶素、杨梅树皮素、表儿茶素、2α,3β-双氢杨梅树皮素、双氢槲皮素。其中儿茶素为首次从文冠木药材中分离得到。结论:此方法精密度、稳定性和重复性良好,有助于文冠木超微饮片的质量控制。Objective: The fingerprint chromatograms were established for quality evaluation of ultramicro Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bung from different sources by HPLC. Methods: The analysis was performed on a Agilent C18 column (4.6mm×250mm, 5μm) with acetonitrile-0.4% phosphate acid as mobile phase in a gradient mode at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min, at the wavelength of 226nm and at a column temperature of 20℃. Results: 16 peaks were chosen as the common fingerprint peaks. The RSD for relative retention value and relative peak areas were less than 2% in the precision and repeated test. The similarity of 10 batches of samples was more than 0.9. And we identified six main characteristic fingerprint peaks including Catechin, Epigallocatechin, Epicatechin, Myricetin, 2 α, 3 β -dihydromyricetin, Dihydroquercetin. The Catechin was isolated for the first time from the Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bung medicinal materials have been isolated. Conclusion: The method is accurate, reliable and repeatable, and they can be helpful for quality control of ultramicro Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bung.
