140例法籍肥胖患者中医体质特征及主要体质类型的肥胖表型特点

摘　　要：目的:调查法国肥胖人群中医体质特点及其与肥胖表型的关系。方法:收集巴黎肥胖人群(体质量指数≥30)140例的中西医临床信息,检测肥胖表型,依据《中医体质分类与判定》方法辨析体质类型,比较主要体质间肥胖表型的差异。结果:法国肥胖病人主要偏颇体质由多到少依次为:气郁质、阴虚质和气虚质,占总数76.5%;与平和质相比,主要偏颇体质病人的体质量(指数)、体脂量、体脂指数、最大既往体质量和三级肥胖比例均明显升高(P<0.05);这3种偏颇体质之间上述肥胖表型未呈现出差异。结论:法国肥胖病人具备中医体质的特点,气郁质、阴虚质和气虚质为主要偏颇体质;这3种偏颇体质与体质量、体脂量等肥胖表型存在联系。Objective： To investigate traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） constitution features in French obese patients and explore its relation with obesity phenotype. Methods： A survey of obese patients （body mass index, BMI≥30） was investigated in Pairs to collect TCM clinical information and detect obesity phenotypes. The type of constitution was discriminated according to Classification and Determination of Constitution in TCM, and compared the difference in obesity phenotypes among TCM constitutions. Results： The most three frequent biased constitutions were qi-depression, yin-deficiency and qi-deficiency, with 76.5% of total patients. Compared with balanced constitution, patients of these three biased constitutions showed that BMI, body fat mass, body fat mass index, the biggest historical weight and high proportion of grade Ⅲobesity were elevated obviously （P〈0.05）. No difference in obesity phenotypes was found in patients of these three constitutions. Conclusion： French obese patients have TCM constitution features, qi-depression, yin-deficiency and qi-deficiency are the main biased constitutions of TCM constitutions in French obese patients, which are associated with body weight and body fat mass.
