灌肠膏在慢性盆腔炎保留灌肠中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨灌肠膏在保留灌肠过程中的对肛门及肛管的保护作用及对临床疗效的提高。方法:将120例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为2组,观察组(自制灌肠膏组)和对照组(液体石蜡油组),每组60例。两组均每日进行保留灌肠,21d为1个疗程。观察两组的研究者客观评价、患者主观评价指标。结果:研究者的客观评价比较:观察组出现肛门水肿、发红及破溃例数显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);患者主观评价比较:观察组出现肛管插入时明显不适、注射药液时明显不适、肛门坠迫感、灌肠后腹部不适及肛门瘙痒的例数明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);观察组的总体满意度评价优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组慢性盆腔炎的疾病疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自制灌肠膏保留灌肠可有效减轻中药保留灌肠的导致的不适,增加了患者对保留灌肠的依从性,同时还间接提高了临床疗效。Objective： To investigate the protective effect of enema cream retention enema on anus and anal canal and its clinical effect. Methods： 120 cases patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory were randomly divided into 2 groups： the treatment group for enema cream and the control group for liquid paraffin oil, 60 cases in each group. 2 groups were both conducted by retention enema 2 times a day, 21 days as a course of treatment. The objective evaluation form researchers and subjective evaluation form patients were observed. Results： According to researchers evaluation, the symptoms of anal edema, redness and rupture in treatment group were significant less than those in control group, with the differences having statistical significance （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. According to patients evaluation, the discomfort of enemator insertion and injection, bearing down, discomfort of abdominal and anal itching in treatment group were significant less than those in control group, with the differences having statistical significance （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. The overall satisfaction evaluation of treatment group was superior to control group （P〈0.05）, as well the effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The enema cream retention enema could relieve the discomfort caused by retention enema of traditional Chinese medicine that could improve compliance and clinical effect.
