补肺益肾、化瘀通络法治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究补肺益肾、化瘀通络法治疗特发性肺间质纤维化(IPF)肺肾气虚、瘀阻肺络证患者的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照多中心的临床试验研究,将117例IPF患者随机分为两组,治疗组(59例)服用具有补肺益肾、化瘀通络功效的抗肺纤胶囊,对照组(58例)服用强的松片;疗程均为3个月。结果:治疗组的总疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗结束时治疗组的呼吸困难评分、肺功能中的一氧化碳弥散量(DLCO)及动脉血氧分压(PaO2)较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.01,P<0.05),与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:以补肺益肾、化瘀通络立法的中药复方抗肺纤胶囊有一定改善IPF患者临床症状、呼吸困难评分、肺功能中的DLCO和提高PaO2的作用。Objective： To study the clinical effect of the treatment of Bufei Yishen and Huayu Tongluo on the patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis （IPF） of TCM syndrome types with qi deficiency of the lung and kidney and the blood stasis lung meridian. Methods： The randomized, controlled and multicentric clinical trial was conducted in 117 IPF patients, which were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group （59 cases） and the control group （58 cases）. The treatment group was given the anti-pulmonary fibrosis capsule with the Bufei Yishen and Huayu Tongluo efficacy, while the control group prednisone tablets, both for 3 months. Results： Compared with the control group, the total effect was significantly improved （P〈0.05）. After the treatment, the levels of dyspnea, the carbon monoxide diffusion capacity of pulmonary function and the arterial partial pressure of oxygen were significantly improved in the treatment group （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）, which had significant differences comparing withthose in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The anti-pulmonary fibrosis capsule with the Bufei Yishen and Huayu Tongluo efficacy had a certain effect on improving the clinical symptoms, the levels of dyspnea, the carbon monoxide diffusion capacity of pulmonary function and the arterial partial pressure of oxygen of IPF patients.
