摘　　要：培育社会心态和社会主义核心价值观,是十八大提出的重要战略任务,关系到党和国家执政建设,对推进中国特色社会主义事业意义重大。在理论上分析和厘清社会心态与社会主义核心价值观基本关系有助于二者现实培育工作的开展。通过对二者培育现状的理性把握,促成和提升社会成员积极活跃之主体性,以及增进人民群众对社会主义主流意识形态的认同、发挥中华民族优秀传统文化正能量是当下和未来培育期待视野中的社会心态和社会主义核心价值观的内在逻辑和应然路径。It is great significance for the promotion of socialism with Chinese characteristis to cultivate social mentality and the socialist core value, the important strategic tasks which are put forward by the 18th Chinese Communist Party Congress and relate to the construction of communist party and nation. Analysis in theory and clarifying the basic relationship between the social mentality and the socialist core value will improve practical work. Through rational understanding, we can promote the subjectivity of social members actively, and improve people＇s identification to the socialist mainstream ideology, strengthen the positive energy of the Chinese outstanding traditional culture. These are the inherent logic and the possible path to cultivate the social mentality and the socialist core value in present and future.
