摘 要:目前天然气开采过程中,气田的产气量取决于压缩机站工况的好坏。完善的监测技术对于气井的正常运作具有重大意义,在广泛调研了国内外远程监测系统研究的基础上,通过对国内现有远程监测系统存在的不足进行分析,提出一种集数据采集、远程监测、CDMA/GPRS无线通讯等技术于一体的天然气井远程监测系统。该系统能够及时发现增压设备故障,实现专家及管理人员不上井便可及时、有效地查看气井的工况信息,为单井采气效率提供关键数据支持,进而确保最优气井工况。In gas exploitation, gas production depends on whether the compressor station is in good order or not. So, a perfect technology to monitor gas wells is significant for a normal operation. In this study, we fully investigated some remote monitoring systems at home and aboard, analyzed some disadvantages of China monitoring system, and developed a new remote monitoring system integrating data collection, remote monitor, and CDMA/GPRS wireless communication technology. This new system can promptly detect the malfunction of pumping units, help some experts and skilled technicians taking a look at well information in time and effectively even though they are not at site, provide data support for effective singlewell recovery, and guarantee the most excellent working condition.
