摘  要:在大风覆冰等恶劣气候下,输电线路容易出现相间短路以及机械荷载过大等多种事故。利用清华大学研制的模拟实际线路的多档距组合动态程序,讨论了线路在出现大风风偏、脱冰跳跃以及舞动时的受力特性。仿真结果显示,在恶劣天气下,水平排列线路的相间距会急剧减小,容易出现相间放电,而采用V型绝缘子串能够有效减少风偏事故;同时,导线的张力与绝缘子的张力与风速、覆冰厚度关系密切,在线路设计中需要对此进行相应的考虑。最后,对张家口地区6条线路进行模拟计算,计算结果显示,张家口地区线路在冰风天气下不会因相间距过短而出现事故。The power grid has easily met inter-phase short circuit and over mechanical loading under gale and icy circumstance.With the help of a dynamic simulation software from Tsinghua university,The paper here for the first time discusses about the mechanical property of tower-line system while gale and ice.Simulated results indicate that the distance between different phases will decrease under atrocious weather,and accordingly V-string insulator is suggested to be used to avoid such problem;the tension of the conductor and the insulator has a close relationship between the speed of the wind and the icy thickness,it should be considered while line designing.Finally,some lines from Zhangjiakou area was taken as an example to be analyzed,the results show that the lines of Zhangjiakou Grid can never be short of inter-phase distance.
